“SHAHEED SHAH NAWAZ BHUTTO WAS MURDERED BY A DEEP CONSPIRACY”

Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was hanged by Gen. Zia under a false murder case and it
was the moral and legal duty of the leadership of Pakistan People’s Party to
reopen the said false case whenever the party comes into power and likewise
the PPP was bound to reopen the case of Shaheed ShahNawz Bhutto’s murder case to
bring the real causes of their murder Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto first, come into
power in 1988 and later on in 1993. Miss Benaizr Bhutto remained twice in power
but she never once tried or even indicated to reopen or order for re-trial of
the said cases.
Miss Benazir Bhutto returned to Pakistan after she had compromised with Gen. Zia and agreed to contest elections announced by the dictator and the murderer of her father and forget her father and brother’s murder cases. Miss Benazir Bhutto remained in power as the Prime Minister of Pakistan and strange enough that the persons involved in the murder of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto were her allies in the government and till-date such persons are with here in her power politics . Benazir has not only forgotten the murder of her father and brother but she has forgotten her blood relations with them. The whole world is aware of the fact that Gen. Zia implicated Z.A. Bhutto in a false, fabricated case and very shamelessly murdered Zulfikar Ali Bhutto under the garb of Justice where as in fact it was a clear-cut murder of an innocent person. Quite contrary to the murder of Z.A.Bhutto the conspiracy hatched up to kill shaheed Shah Nawaz Bhutto in a foreign country. When Gen. Zia declared Martial law in the country and announced fresh general elections Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto sent me to Larkana to supervise his election campaign in his constituency. I remained busy in Larkana to supervise the said election campaign where as Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto sent my younger sister Miss. Sanam Bhutto and my younger brother Shah Nawaz Bhutto to England to complete their education where as Benazir Bhutto had completed her education she remained in Pakistan . Shaheed Z.A. Bhutto advised me to take on years leave from my studies and I very willingly obeyed his order. Later on during the said election campaign Shaheed Z.A. Bhutto visited Larkana or September 16, for the last time and changed my mind and asked me to leave Pakistan and go abroad. Shaheed Z.A.Bhutto asked me to leave Pakistan immediately and assigned me duty i.e. to visit Muslim countries and meet the heads of those countries who were his personal friends and give them his message. He also told me to join his studies and when I told him that I had already taken once year leave form my studies he was insistent that I should immediately resume my studies the moment my said political assignment was completed . On March, 1978 the Lahore High Court pronounced its judgement awarding death sentence to Shaheed Z.A. Bhutto I and Shaheed Shah Nawaz Bhutto decided to return to Pakistan and informed Benazir Bhutto of our decision but Benazir forbid us from coming to Pakistan and informed us that Shaheed Bhutto strictly prohibited us from returning to Pakistan and asked both of us to remain abroad and do whatever was possible and play their role in this regard. Following the Lahore High Court’s decision on the Instruction of Shaheed Z.A. Bhutto I and Shaheed Shaheed Shah Nawaz Bhutto along with some comrades from Pakistan embarked upon our campaign on the international level. So that we contact leader , people of Arab, European and African countries to create conditions so that world opinion could influence and put pressure to change the said decision of the Lahore High Court. My brother , myself and our other comrades toured the East , West and various other countries including Middle -East etc .etc. and met all the important personalities of these countries to develop public opinion to influence Gen.Zia to change his decision to hang Shaheed Bhutto our such an endeavour was first and unique in the history. I and Shaheed Shah Nawaz Bhutto remained busy in our set mission. The people of Pakistan did whatever was possible to save their beloved leader shaheed Z.A.Bhutto. But Gen. Zia had decided otherwise and he did everything so shamelessly and cleverly that peoples efforts as well as our efforts could not yield any positive result and shaheed Bhutto was a great national tragedy befell upon the people of Pakistan and the country and a most popular and beloved leader of the people and of the people was taken away from them by the acts of tyranny and excesses of a dictator Gen. Zia. On April 1978 when a news was broken throughout the world that Z.A.Bhutto was hanged I and Shah Nawaz Bhutto were in London Pakistanis residing in London and elsewhere in England others started coming to us and joined us in offering Fateha for the deported Shaheed Z.A. Bhutto and this practice continued for months and people from all over the world joined us in prayers for Shaheed Z.Abhutto. Later on I and Shah Nawaz Bhutto along with our party’s comrades and workers who were present in London began consultations regarding the process of usurping of people’s rights and the murder of democracy and the murder of their beloved leader and we also discussed the ways means to struggle against Martial Law and the tyrant Gen. Zia who had unleashed tyranny on the people of Pakistan we all were of the opinion that we had no options but to wage war against the tyranny of Gen. Zia and the rule of Martial Law and to restore democracy in our beloved land. It was very difficult for us to struggle the restoration of democracy and fight against the usurpers because we had to contact with the genuine workers who were living in Pakistan. Therefore , we decided to come to Afghanistan within two weeks I and Shaheed Shah Nawaz Bhutto planned to go to Afghanistan . We opened our office in Kabul and after completing all the arrangements we commenced our struggle . We began establishing communication with those workers who were ready to make sacrifices for the said cause and struggle and we both the brothers along with our comrades started struggle against Marital Law of Gen. Zia . During our struggle we had contacts only with the Afghan government but few locals genuine friends also joined us in our struggle during this period. During our struggle shaheed Shah Nawaz and I married girls from an Afghan family. During this period the interference of soviet union in Afghanistan was very visible and later on the Soviet forces entered Afghanistan. As Afghanistan was brought under the influence of Soviet Union a very important question arose i.e. should we continue our said struggle while remaining in Afghanistan or not? . We came to the conclusion that if the Soviet Union did not interfere in our struggle and we could only have relations with Afghan Government than we should continue our struggle remaining in Kabul. The Soviet Union government never interfere in our affairs but slow and steedy the Afghan Government began its interference in our affairs and also tried to create rift and disunity among our workers and we could not tolerate government’s tactics because we were never agent of any one nor under any pressure we were ready to become an agent of any power. I and Shah Nawaz with the consultation of other party comrade decided to leave Kabul because our struggle was only to restore democracy in Pakistan and to get rid of Gen. Zia’s Martial Law we were clear mind to preserve our independent thinking and left Kabul and in sept 1982 Shah Nawaz Bhutto myself and other party workers reached Damacus , Syria. When we shifted to Damascus from Kabul there occurred certain changes in our family leaving in Pakistan . My mother begam Nusrat Bhutto was suffering from Lung Cancer and during the summer of 1983 she shifted to France for her treatment and started staying in a rented flat . Miss Benazir Bhutto, in 1984 during her self-exile stayed in London. In the beginning of 1984 my mother Begum Nusrat Bhutto called all her sons and daughters to assemble in France. Shaheed Shah Nawaz Bhutto and I reached France from Damascus. We also started residing in the city in a rented flat . In the month of July we all waited for the arrival of Miss. Benazir on July 17th, 1985. Shaheed Shah Nawaz and I brought our entire family to our rented flat before the dinner where Shaheed Shah Nawaz Bhutto held a tea-party for all of us. At the end of the tea-party we left for the dinner at the beach. After the dinner I and my wife accompanied my mother and Benazir to leave them to my mother’s flat. Shaheed Shah Nawaz took permission and instead of accompanying us left for his flat as he was tired for making arrangements for the dinner as he was the host and wanted to take rest. I , Begum Sahiba and Benazir discussed various matters till late night at Begum Sahiba’s flat. As it was too late I decided to sleep on a sofa in the drawing room. On July 18.1985 we while taking our break-fast I was going through menu purposes Shah Nawaz’s wife came to the flat at 11. am and said “ I don’t know what has happened to Shah Nawaz you come with me”. I and Nasir Hussain rushed to his flat and I directly entered the bed-room of Shah Nawaz but nobody was there in the room. I rushed to the drawing room and there I found the body of Shah Nawaz lying at the floor. There I saw that Shaheed’s feet were entangled in the glass of a central table and his face and shoulders were half lying on the sofa. I, immediately touch his body and felt that I was all cold and I discovered expired . I directed Nasir Hussain to call immediately the police and also ambulance. I at once rushed to the flat of my mother and brought my mother and Benazir to the flat of Shah Nawaz . Shah Nawaz’s death was a great tragedy after the Shahadat of Z.A Bhutto . This was the tragedy and great loss which could never be compensated. Here it is necessary to mention that the drawing room every thing including chairs table etc etc. were in topsy turvy and other items were scattered all along the floor. The chest and neck of Shah Nawaz were having blue and black scares and there was a sign of a big cut causing a visible and noticeable wound. The skin of his neck were full of broses and scars. We found that all the files, cassettes and other important documents were disappeared but no costly items were missing even the jewellery , among money and costly Rolex watch which was fixed on his rist was not taken away by the intruders. Shaheed brother’s body was taken for post-mortem . The report of the French Police and four different reports of the post mortem did not reveal any proof except that a hair in his nose contain traces of some kind of poison. About the nature of the said poison it is believed that this poision is prepared by herbs mixed with some chemicals. It is also said that the said poison when enters into the blood it kills a person but leaves no sign or trace of the cause of death. The poison is supposed to be used by the agents of Israel to kill its enemies and this was proved on an internationally. This proovs that in the drawing room where Shah Nawaz Bhutto breathed his last the said poison was entered into his body force and torture. As mentioned above it was observed that the deep cut on his neck was due injecting the poison through a needle by force. Besides the French police investigation report discloses that Shaheed Shah Nawaz Bhutto a victim of physical torture. The cups and sauceres of tea and coffee were cleaned by cloths so that finger prints were left on them . The above mentioned sign give ample proof that Shaheed Shah Nawaz’s murder was a well-planed and conspired political murder . It is believed that the killers of Shaheed Shah Nawaz could be Gen. Zia’s agents in Afghanistan and they could be the agents of Israeli government. However, Shah Nawaz Bhutto’s murder was the result of a deep conspiracy. I, once again appeal to the present government to contact French government for the complete investigation of Shaheed Shah Nawaz Bhutto’s murder case. So that our true facts regarding our brother’s murder were brought before the people of our country. I very vehemently appeal to Miss. Benazir Bhutto and her government to reopen the case of Shaheed Z.A.Bhutto and in the dispensation of Justice.
