Sattar Rajpur was born on October 20, 1972 and was a resident of the village Jeeye Pota Taluka Kandiaro District, Nausheroferoz. He studied in the Sindh Madarsa Pilot School in Karachi and later graduated from Shah Abdul Latif University in Khairpur. He was unmarried at the time of his death but was succeeded by his three brothers and two sisters.
